Looks like a week of information, keep your eyes on your inbox!

Bob Bryce is still offering seats for those wishing to travel to U of M Saturday.  The cost will be very reasonable for the ride and travel times will match the student times.

U of M travel forms are online at charms...I know how those kids forget to give parents info right away.

Thanks to Those that have signed up for doughnuts.  Slots are nicely filling in for the game.  Cider, water, and fruit is still up for grabs!  I'm amazed at  how much is required to keep this machine rolling, lots of mouths to feed and hydrate!

If at any time your are having difficulty with your charms log in please email me.  I'm happy to assist.

Thanks for your attention this evening!

Good evening!

We have pretty busy week ahead. Friday Home game with recognition of Senior students and parents. Senior parents plan to meet at the south entrance to the field, students will be lined up alphabetically.  Seniors and their parents are invited to gather after pre-game for cider and doughnuts by our trailer at the north end of the stadium.

Half time performance will be followed up by 8th grade students joining our band on the field for a few songs.  What a great way to welcome our future band members to the PHN marching band experience. We will also have a small section of the stands marked off for the 8th grade parents so they can be part of our band family fun!  Following the half-time show they will be invited to enjoy cider and doughnuts also.

Because Band Night is a huge endeavor we will need many hands to make to get the job done.  Please check out our list of needs both donation and time at this charms link.  Not only do we need the usual water & fruit but also doughnuts and cider.

We will need 6 people to assist with organizing cider and doughnuts at the field. 3 people for Seniors and 3 for 8th graders. These people would setup the table with boxes of doughnuts and pre-pour the cider so when students come off the field they can grab a drink, treat and socialize for a few minutes.

Also for those that volunteer, please enter at the North end field gate.  You will be given a lanyard to wear to identify our volunteers.  Anyone dropping off donations should deliver items to the same gate and then enter with your ticket at the main entrance.

U of M Big House Invitational Saturday.  If you need tickets please RSVP via charms  and send in your money to Booster drop box.

If you have any questions check out Charms chat, I’m going to check it our daily for new chat messages.  Chat is not public so you do have to log into your students account.
